Refund policy

At Twin Threads Boutique, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back.

All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may be denied.
